Matthew 25 AIDS Services is a non-profit healthcare clinic that specializes in the treatment of HIV/AIDS. We believe that nobody should face these diseases alone. Matthew 25 AIDS Services exists for the sole purposes of providing high quality services for those affected by HIV/AIDS. The successful candidate will share Matthew 25 AIDS Services, Inc.’s commitment to its mission, to support, educate, and treat those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS.


The Development Manager (DM) will report to the Chief Executive Officer and carry out the Matthew 25 mission by managing all aspects of development and fundraising in support of meeting strategic and operational goals. Responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and evaluating fund development strategies that will meaningfully engage and motivate donors to meet annual fund development goals. This person will also manage the Matthew website and social media accounts and the Volunteer Program.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, non-profit management, marketing or public relations.
  • Finance experience preferred
  • 4+ years of sales or business development experience.
  • Proficient with sponsorship solicitation.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications.
  • Proficient with social media platforms and web design.
  • Excellent understanding of best practices.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Available to travel, work weekends and evenings.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Excellent computer and typing skills
  • Understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality; able to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA standards.
  • Must have the ability to exercise a high degree of diplomacy and tact; excellent customer services skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions.
  • Model sensitivity needed to work in the HIV/AIDS field, including an appreciation of sexual orientation, gender, ethnicity, and racial differences.
